Return & Refund Policy


I. How to Apply for Returns
            

  1. Make sure that all conditions for product returns are met
  2. Contact our Customer Service to confirm the return of the product and explain the reason for the return along with supporting data (photo, unboxing video, receipt number and order number).
  3. If the return request is approved, Customer Service will contact you.
  4. Prepare the product and repack the product properly.   
  5. Send the product back to the address provided by customer service.

  6. Send the delivery receipt number along with your complaint reporting number to Owl Mower Store Customer Service after you send the product.


II. Policy for Submission of Product Returns

    The return of this item can only be accepted if:

  1. The item received is not in accordance with the order (wrong item sent) or there is a defect in the item.
  2. Clothing & footwear can be returned if the size does not match.
  3. Not a clearance sale item / with a special discount.

If the error is caused by owlmowerstore.com, there will be no charge for the replacement of the Product. All shipping costs will be fully borne by owlmowerstore.com

Note: if the error is not from owlmowerstore.com, the cost of sending it back to the Owl Mower Store address will be borne by the customer. For example, the exchange of product is done because the customer ordered the wrong size for clothing and footwear products.

III. Conditions for Submission of Returns

     Provisions for submitting a return if the product sent are not in accordance with the order (wrongly sent product from the Owl Mower Store/ Delivery Service Courier) or there is a defect in the product received:

  1. Submission of returns a maximum of 3x24 hours after the item is received by the buyer (based on the delivered time and date listed on the selected delivery service system)
  2. Must include valid evidence in the form of unboxing videos and also photos of the products received.
  3. Items are still in new and unused condition (item code tags, brand tags and security tags from Owl Mower Storehave not been removed).
  4. All items are still in new condition and complete as sent (dustbag, box, tag, and card)
  5. Product must be sent back neatly and safely to owlmowerstore.com first for investigation and shipping costs will be borne by owlmowerstore.com.
  6. The investigation process for defective product is 2x24 working hours from the time we receive the product and their accessories.
  7. Make a payment for the difference in price when exchanging an item with a higher price (if the item is exchanged for a lower price, owlmowerstore.com will refund the difference in price)
  8. Within 1-3 days, we will send a replacement item as soon as we receive the returned item. We will inform you of the new receipt number H+1 after delivery.
  9. owlmowerstore.com has the right to refuse the return application if any of the above conditions are not met.
  10. Delivery of product back to owlmowerstore.com can only be done if there is an agreement between the two parties.


IV. Refund

Requests for refunds must comply with the applicable refund conditions. owlmowerstore.com has the right to refuse the request for a refund, if one of the conditions is not met.
We will process the refund after we receive the product return or after we confirm that the item you ordered is out of stock.
Customer satisfaction is paramount to owlmowerstore.com. We will refund you 100% in full if the product you receive is damaged/defective and also if it turns out that the product you have ordered is out of stock.


V. Refund Details Based on Payment Method

The time required for this refund process varies depending on the payment method that you chose at the beginning. The following is the estimated time required for the refund process :

note: the working day in question is excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and special celebrations / national holidays.


VI. Refund Terms

Refund provisions if the product received are not in accordance with what was ordered (wrongly sent) or if there is a defect in the product received:

  5. The product must be sent back to owlmowerstore.com first for investigation and shipping costs will be borne by owlmowerstore.com
  6. The investigation process for defective goods is 2x24 working hours from the time we receive the goods and their accessories.
  7. Generally, the refund process takes 1-3 business days, depending on the payment method you initially chose.
  8. You will not be charged a penny. The refund will be made according to the nominal you paid + with the cost of sending the product back to the owlmowerstore.com address.
  9. owlmowerstore.com has the right to refuse a refund if any of the above conditions are not met.

Refund conditions for items whose status is out of stock (OOS):

  1. Generally, the refund process takes 1-3 business days, depending on the payment method you initially chose.    
  2. You will not be charged a cent. Refunds will be made according to the amount you paid.
